Shipping policy

SOVANIQ offers standard FREE SHIPPING with orders over $150 within Australia.

Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays, provided the items are in stock.

Please be patient during sales and peak periods. We will endeavour to get your orders out promptly, but slight delays may occur.

Domestic Shipping

Purchase orders to customers within Australia are to be delivered by the Australia Post with tracking number. Any issues in the delivery process shall be addressed directly to the Australia Post.

Standard delivery: 2 to 8 business days

Express delivery: 1 to 4 business days

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking email.

Things to consider:

(a) Provide the company name if the items are sent to a work address

(b) You are liable for reshipping expenses if you provide the incorrect shipping address

(d) SOVANIQ is not liable for stolen or missing parcels. Australia Post should address any issues that might occur during the delivery process

If your order is listed as 'returned to sender' for any reason, SOVANIQ does not cover the resending fees.

International Shipping

Purchase orders to customers outside Australia are to be delivered by the Australia Post with tracking number. Any issues in the delivery process shall be addressed directly to the Australia Post.

Standard delivery: 6 to 27 business days

Express delivery: 3 to 6 business days
